Anthem Call Center – Boulevard Mall

Engineering design services for the adaptive reuse of a former three-story retail space, plus rooftop mechanical floor, totaling approximately 201,000 square feet. The project converted the vacant department store into a modern office facility for Anthem’s new call center.

Scope included design work focused primarily on Levels 2 and 3, where open office call center layouts and interior room buildouts required a complete lighting system replacement to support office functionality. Level 1 remained largely unchanged except for selective system modifications and removal of existing escalators. A new generator and significant upgrades to the building’s outdated electrical infrastructure were also required to meet the tenant’s operational demands.
