Founded in 2001 by professional engineers Nimr Tamimi and Yen Wen Fang, Engineering Partners, Inc. began in Hilo, Hawai‘i with a commitment to expanding engineering opportunities for local professionals while delivering high-quality, client-focused services. The firm was established to support the community by creating meaningful career opportunities for engineers who wish to live, work, and help strengthen Hawaii’s communities and workforce.
