Engineering Partners provided inspection services for 52 routine in-service bridge inspections and up to 17 initial inspections across Hawai'i County. All work was performed in strict accordance with the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS), and the Hawai'i Department of Transportation Bridge Inspection Program requirements.
The scope included on-site National Bridge Inventory (NBI) inspections and element-level assessments, following current AASHTO manuals and FHWA coding protocols. Inspections were executed with precision to support the County's bridge management program, ensuring compliance, structural integrity, and long-term asset reliability.
