The project involves removing and replacing two 155-ton water-cooled chillers and associated pumps with new units of similar capacity. Scope included demolition of two existing chillers, two chilled water pumps, two condenser water pumps, and related components. New work includes installation of two water-cooled chillers, four pumps, associated hydronic piping, new permanent external piping connections, emergency hydronic piping, temporary cooling during construction, and all required power upgrades for the new equipment.
