Planet 13 Dispensary

Engineering design services for the renovation and tenant improvement of an existing warehouse and office facility. The project included investigation and documentation of existing MEP systems across approximately 95,000 square feet of warehouse space, 7,100 square feet of office areas, 9,200 square feet of tenant office, and 98,000 square feet of exterior parking and loading dock areas. Scope included non-invasive visual inspections and systems research to develop accurate as-built documentation.

EPI developed demolition plans for approximately 27,900 square feet, enabling clear separation between existing tenant systems and the new tenant improvement areas. New MEP designs supported 2,600 square feet of office and reception areas, a 2,800-square-foot mezzanine office, and a 1,000-square-foot secured loading zone. The remaining 70,198 square feet of warehouse space was designed as grey shell. Utility upgrade coordination was also provided in collaboration with NV Energy and civil engineering teams.
