Completed design of the domestic plumbing system, acid waste and dilution piping, and laboratory gas systems including vacuum and compressed air.
HVAC design included a chilled water system with redundant chillers and cooling towers, a heat recovery system for domestic hot water, and a central variable air volume air conditioning system. EPI also provided design for a variable air volume lab exhaust system, building automation for remote monitoring and control, and a wet pipe fire sprinkler system.
